抗血小板注射 Non-ST elevation acute coronary syndromes
1. To decrease the rate of thrombotic cardiovascular events in patients with non-ST-elevation acute coronary syndrome (unstable angina/non-ST-elevation myocardial infarction)

Glycoprotein IIb/IIIa Inhibitor, Antiplatelet Agent
Tirofiban is an reversible antiplatelet agent that binds to the platelet receptor glycoprotein Iib/IIIa and inhibits platelet aggregation. When given according to the recommended regimen, >90% inhibition is attained within 10 minutes after initiation.

Platelet aggregation is inhibited as early as 5 minutes after initiation of intravenous administration; bleeding times return to normal 3 to 8 hours after discontinuation of an intravenous infusion.

1. Severe hypersensitivity reaction (ie, anaphylactic reaction) to tirofiban or any component of the formulation
2. History of thrombocytopenia following prior exposure to tirofiban
3. Active internal bleeding or a history of bleeding diathesis, major surgical procedure, or severe physical trauma within the previous month
4. Concomitant use of any other parenteral glycoprotein Iib/IIIa receptor 5. Other diseases: severe hypertension, stroke in previous 30 days or previous, major surgery or severe trauma within the previous month, severe liver failure<20211119>, acute pericarditis, aortic dissection

Bleeding(especially with higher doses), thrombocytopenia

Administration:
1. Dilute: Diluted 50mL of Tirofiban solution in 200mL NS or D5W
2. Rate: 50ug/mL IV at an initial rate of 0.4ug/kg/min for 30 min followed by a continuous infusion of 0.1ug/kg/min.

1. Do not allow the solution to freeze and protect it from exposure to light during storage.
2. Discard any unused diluted solution.
