The decision to continue or discontinue breastfeeding during therapy should take into account the risk of infant exposure, the benefits of breastfeeding to the infant, and benefits of treatment to the mother.

Cardiovascular: Phlebitis, thrombosis. Dermatologic: Erythema. Endocrine & metabolic: Fluid and electrolyte disturbance. Genitourinary: Azotemia.

The usual adult dose is 500-1000 mL per dose. Infused via a peripheral vein. The usual peripheral infusion rate is 500 mL over 180-300 min in adults (about 25-40 drops per minute). For total parenteral nutrition, 500-1000 mL of AMINOLEBAN Injection should be combined with glucose (dextrose) or other solutions and administered over 24 hours via a central vein. The dosage may be adjusted according to the patients age, symptoms, and body weight.

The safety in children has not been established (no clinical experience).
