濕疹 Pruritus (Moderate), atopic dermatitis, lichen simplex chronicus

Doxepin hydrochloride belongs to a class of psychotherapeutic agents called dibenzoxepin tricyclic compounds, and possess pharmacologic properties similar to other tricyclic antidepressants. Its antipruritic effect appears to be due to its potent H1 and H2 receptor blocking action.

Tmax, topical: 1.32 hr; Elimination Half Life: 15.3hr.

Hypersensitivity to doxepin, any component of the product.

Dizziness (1% to 10% ), Somnolence (22%), Nausea (less than 1%), Xerostomia (1%)

Apply a thin film of 5% cream to skin 4 times daily, with at least 3 hours between applications; MAX duration, 8 days.
