氣喘 Treat and prevent bronchospasm diseases including bronchial asthma, obstructive bronchitis, chronic bronchitis, emphysema and pulmonary bronchial disorder accompanied with bronchospasm

Beta2 Agonist
Fenoterol is a resorcinol derivative of metaproterenol (orciprenaline) with higher selectivity for beta-2 adrenergic receptors.

Onset: 5 to 10 minutes
Duration: (Single Dose) 3 to 5 hours

1. Hypersensitivity to fenoterol, other product components, or other sympathomimetic amines
2. Hyperthyroidism, Hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy, or Tachyarrhythmia

Infant risk cannot be ruled out

Cardiac dysrhythmia, tachyarrhythmia, hypokalemia, skeletal muscle tremor, nervousness, pulmonary edema

Acute bronchospasm:
1 to 2 puffs (200 micrograms each); may be repeated within 5 minutes if necessary, MAX 8 puffs per day
Maintenance therapy for chronic bronchospasm:
1 to 2 puffs 2 to 4 times daily
Prophylaxis of exercise induced asthma:
1 to 2 puffs prior to exercise, MAX 8 puffs per day
