Severe hypersensitivity to the meningococcal group B vaccine or any component of the formulation.

>10%: diarrhea (8% to 13%), nausea (18% to 24%), erythema at injection site (12% to 50%), induration at injection site (28% to 32%), pain at injection site (76% to 90%), swelling at injection site (14% to 18%), chills (12% to 25%), fatigue (35% to 54%), headache (33% to 52%), arthralgia (13% to 22%), myalgia (16% to 49%).

Adults: Unvaccinated: IM: 0.5 mL immediately after exposure; revaccinate with a single dose ≥ 4 weeks after first dose.

Infants 2 months to <10 years: Unvaccinated: IM: 0.5 mL immediately after exposure; revaccinate with a single dose ≥ 8 weeks after first dose.
Children ≥11 years and Adolescents: Unvaccinated: IM: 0.5 mL immediately after exposure; revaccinate with a single dose ≥ 4 weeks after first dose.
