Bowel Preparation for colonoscopy

Gastrointestinal agents; Laxatives; Osmotic Laxatives

Severe renal impairment (CrCl <30 mL/min)
Bowel perforation
GI obstruction
Toxic colitis or toxic megacolon
Hypersensitivity to sodium picosulfate, magnesium oxide, anhydrous citric acid, or any component of the formulation.

Infant risk cannot be ruled out.

Nausea, vomiting, headache, abdominal pain.

1 packet during evening before the day to colonoscopy, followed by 1 packet the next day, during the morning prior to colonoscopy.

CrCl < 30 mL/min: use is not recommended.

There are no dosage adjustments provided in the manufacturer's labeling.

Store below 25°C.
