高血壓 (diuretics) 利尿劑 (loop diuretics) Edema, associated with congestive heart failure, hepatic and renal disease, including nephrotic syndrome
藥理
Inhibits reabsorption of sodium and chloride in the ascending loop of Henle and proximal renal tubule, interfering with the chloride-binding cotransport system, thus causing increased excretion of water, sodium, chloride, magnesium, phosphate, and calcium; it does not appear to act on the distal tubule.

Metabolism:Partially hepatic
Half-life elimination: 1 to 1.5 hours
Excretion: Urine (81% of total dose; 45% of which is unchanged drug)

0.5 to 2 mg orally, usually given as a single dose; if the response is not adequate, a second or third dose may be administered at 4- to 5-hour intervals, up to a maximum 10 mg/day
