高血壓 (diuretics) 利尿劑 (loop diuretics) Edema, associated with congestive heart failure, hepatic and renal disease, including nephrotic syndrome

Bumetanide, a potent loop diuretic with a rapid onset and short duration of action, inhibits the reabsorption of sodium and chloride in the ascending limb of the loop of Henle and enhances the excretion of potassium in a dose-related manner. It exerts effects on the proximal tubule causing phosphaturia, but it does not seem to possess any significant activity on the distal tubule. It also increases serum uric acid and reduces uric acid excretion

Hypotension, Hyperuricemia, Hypochloremia, Hypokalemia, Nausea, Cramp, Dizziness, Headache, Azotemia, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, Thrombocytopenia, Encephalopathy

0.5 to 2 mg orally, usually given as a single dose; if the response is not adequate, a second or third dose may be administered at 4- to 5-hour intervals, up to a maximum 10 mg/day
