高血壓 (ACEI) Hypertension; Prevent congestive heart failure in patients with diabetic nephropathy, retinopathy, congestive heart failure, myocardial infarction
藥理
Captopril is an oral antihypertensive agent that blocks the conversion of angiotensin I to angiotensin II by inhibiting angiotensin I-converting enzyme (ACE), a peptidyldipeptide carboxy hydrolase. It exerts its effect in hypertension and heart failure by suppressing the renin-angiotensin system
