禁忌症
Hypersensitivity reactions to cefoxitin or other cephalosporin antibiotics should not receive the drug.

(>3 months of age and Children) 80 to 160 mg/kg/day in 3 to 6 equally divided doses. Maximum daily dosage is 12 g.
