3. myocarditis and pericarditis: symptoms may include acute chest pain, shortness of breath, or palpitations
4. Systemic reactions: including arthralgia, chills, diarrhea, fatigue, fever, headache, myalgia, nausea, vomiting
5. Bell's palsy

IM Three intramuscular doses of 3 mcg, with the second given three to eight weeks after the first and the third given at least eight weeks after the second.
