Treatment of children and adults pancreatic insufficiency caused by cystic fibrosis (CF), chronic pancreatitis, or pancreatic surgery

Combination of lipase, amylase, and proteae. Products are made to dissolved in the basic PH of duodenum so that they may act locally to break down fats, protein, and startch.

Therapeutic activity will be exerted in the lumen of the gastrointestinal tract.

Hypersensitivity to any component of the formulation

Use with caution.

It is not known if it is present in breast milk.

Abdominal pain, diarrhea, vomit, nausea, constipation, flatulence, skin rash, utricaria
Postmarketing: Fibrosing colonopathy

Use with meal, do not grind or chew. For patients with difficulty swallowing the capsule (children, elderly), open the capssule and add the enteric-coated microparticles into sour (PH <5.5) food.

Cystic fibrosis(CF):
500U/kg each meal, according to the severity of disease, fatty diarrhea, and maintenance of good nutrition; Maximum dose: 10,000U/kg/day
Other pancreatic insufficiency:
25,000-80,000U each meal, based on on the degree of personal indigestion and the diet fat

Children > 4years: 500U/kg each meal, according to the severity of disease, fatty diarrhea, and maintenance of good nutrition
Children < 4years: 1,000U/kg each meal
