Hypersensitivity to the ingredients of this medicine; CYP2D6 ultra-rapid metabolizers; Breastfeeding; under 12 years old.

Rash, Nausea, loss of appetite, abdominal distension, drowsiness, dry mouth, dizziness, fatigue, palpitations, hyperactivity, headache, fever.

10ml three times a day.

Use is contraindicated in pediatric patients <12 years of age and for postoperative management in pediatric patients 12 to 18 years of age who have undergone tonsillectomy and/or adenoidectomy.
