Gonadotropin Releasing Hormone Agonist

Distribution: 30 to 33 L.
Half-life elimination: 2.8 +/- 1.2 hours.
Moderate-to-severe renal impairment: 6.6 to 7.7 hours.
Hepatic impairment: 7.6 hours.
Excretion: Urine (42% as intact peptide); hepatic.

1. Hypersensitivity to triptorelin or any component of the formulation, other GnRH agonists or GnRH; pregnancy, breastfeeding women.
2. GnRH agonists are not recommended for use in patients under the age of 18.<20230717>

It is not known if triptorelin is present in breast milk.

>10%:headache, fot flash, increased serum glucose, abdominal pain, vaginal hemorrhage, menstruation, increased serum alkaline phosphatase , increased serum ALT , increased serum AST, increased serum transaminases, pain at injection site, erythema at injection site , inflammation at injection site, skeletal pain, increased blood urea nitrogen, nasopharyngitis.

Prostate cancer (advanced): IM 11.25 mg once every 12 weeks.
Endometriosis (off-label use): IM: 11.25 mg once every 3 months .

Renal impairment increases systemic exposure to triptorelin.

Hepatic impairment increases systemic exposure to triptorelin.

Store at a controlled room temperature between 20 and 25 degrees C . Do not freeze.
