局部麻醉 Topical local anesthetic (normal intact skin)
藥理
Lidocaine blocks both initiation and conduction of nerve impulses by decreasing ionic flux through the neuronal membrane, which results in local anesthesia after topical application. Prilocaine hydrochloride exhibits local anesthetic action by stabilizing the neuronal membrane through inhibition of the ionic fluxes necessary for the initiation and conduction of impulses.
