Tmax, oral: 1.5 to 6.5 hours; Bioavailability, oral: Approximately 50%; Protein binding: Greater than 99% ; Vd, oral: 1.4 L/kg; Metabolism-Liver: Extensive via CYP2C9; Excretion- Biliary: 35% as conjugates and metabolites, less than 1% unchanged; Renal: 65%, less than 1% unchanged; Elimination Half Life: approximately 2 hours

1. Asthma, urticaria, or allergic-type reactions after taking aspirin or other NSAIDs, history; severe and rarely fatal anaphylactic-like reactions have been reported 2. CABG surgery, treatment of perioperative pain 3. Hypersensitivity to diclofenac or any component of the product 4. Mild or severe renal insufficiency and at risk for volume depletion during perioperative period

100 mg PO QD; if inadequate response, may increase up to a MAX of 100 mg twice daily
