Beclomethasone: Inhalant Corticosteroid
Controls the rate of protein synthesis; depresses the migration of polymorphonuclear leukocytes, fibroblasts; reverses capillary permeability and lysosomal stabilization at the cellular level to prevent or control inflammation
Formoterol: Long-acting beta2 agonist Relaxes bronchial smooth muscle by selective action on beta2 receptors with little effect on heart rate.

Metabolism:
Hepatic; direct glucuronidation (primary pathway), O-demethylation and glucuronide conjugation.
Excretion:
Renal: <10% as unchanged drug and metabolites /oral inhalation powder: 59% to 62% as metabolites, 6% to 10% unchanged
Elimination Half Life:
0.3/10 hours

1. Hypersensitivity to formoterol , beclomethasone or any other product component.
2. Primary treatment of status asthmaticus or other acute asthma or COPD episodes that require intensive measures.

Fetal risk cannot be ruled out (TH)

Infant risk cannot be ruled out (MDX)

Common:
Chest pain, palpitations, diarrhea, nausea, xerostomia, dizziness, headache, insomnia, tremor
Serious:
Cardiac dysrhythmia, asthma-related death, exacerbation of asthma, nonfatal Bronchospasm, hypocortisolism secondary to another disorder, hypersensitivity reaction, immunosuppression, cataract, glaucoma

1. 維持療法：
一天2次，每次吸入1或2劑，每日劑量上限為1天4劑。
2. 維持與緩解療法：
(1) 一天2次，每次吸入1劑。出現氣喘症狀時可額外多吸入1劑，幾分鐘後如果症狀仍然持續，應多吸入1劑。每日劑量上限為1天8劑。
(2) 應建議病人，如果每天必須頻繁緊急使用，則務必就醫接受治療。<20210429>
