劑量和給藥方法
Dosage:
1,000 mcg once daily or every other day for 1 week, then 1,000 mcg weekly for 4 to 8 weeks, and then 1,000 mcg monthly for life.
Administration:
UTD、MDX：IM or deep SUBQ only; do not administer IV (more rapid elimination with resulting decreased utilization)
仿單：IM、SQ，IV (listed on product information, but is NOT recommended due to rapid degradation in IV solution).
