Hyperpigmentation of skin, Due to chloasma, melasma, freckles, senile lentigines, or other forms of melanin hyperpigmentation.

Hypersensitivity to hydroquinone or any component of hydroquinone products.

Infant risk cannot be ruled out.

Dermatologic: Allergic skin reaction, dermatitis, erythema, nflammation, stinging of the skin, xeroderma.
Local: Local irritation

Apply 4% cream topically to affected area(s) twice daily, in the morning and before bedtime, or as directed by physician; rub in well. Discontinue after 2 months if no improvement is seen.

Store at 25℃.
