Hypotension or shock: Treatment of severe hypotension, cardiogenic shock, or septic shock (and other vasodilatory shock states) that persist after adequate fluid volume replacement
藥理
Alpha-/Beta- Agonist
Stimulates beta1-adrenergic receptors and alpha-adrenergic receptors causing increased contractility and heart rate as well as vasoconstriction, thereby increasing systemic blood pressure and coronary blood flow; clinically, alpha effects (vasoconstriction) are greater than beta effects (inotropic and chronotropic effects)

副作用
Anxiety, transient headache, respiratory difficulty, bradycardia, sweating, vomiting, retrosternal pain, cardiac arrhythmia, peripheral ischemia, skin necrosis (with extravasation)

注射濃度
16~128 mcg/mL
給藥速率
開始時每分鐘 2∼3 mL觀察病患反應後，調整流速維持低的正常血壓 (通常收縮壓為 80∼100 mmHg) 以保持重要器官的血循環。過去有高血壓的病史患者，血壓不應超過以前的收縮壓以下 40 mmHg，平均維持劑量是每分鐘 0.5∼1 mL (仿單)

相容：bumetanide, calcium chloride, calcium gluconate, cisatracurium, dexmedetomidine, diltiazem, dobutamine, dopamine, epinephrine, esmolol, fentanyl, heparin, Isoproterenol, labetalol, lidocaine, lorazepam, magnesium sulfate. manitol. midazolam, milrinone, morphine, nicardipine, nitroglycerin, octreotide, potassium chloride, propofol, vasopressin
不相容：aminophylline, insulin, sodium bicarbonate
