Respiratory: Nasal mucosa dry, Pharyngeal dryness, Thick sputum, Bronchial
Cardiovascular: Hypertension, Tachyarrhythmia
Serious:
Cardiovascular: Atrial fibrillation, Myocardial infarction, Ventricular premature beats.

10ml ORALLY every 4 to 6 h

6 to 12 y: 5ml ORALLY every 4 to 6 h
2 to 6 y: 2.5ml ORALLY every 4 to 6 h (MDX)

Doses should be adjusted in patients with decreased kidney function.
