【藥品性質提示】 根據 2019 AGS Beers Criteria，本藥品為【潛在不適當用藥 (PIM)】，不建議用於老年人 (除非用於胃輕癱，且建議療程不超過12周)。

促進蠕動 Symptomatic treatment of diabetic gastroparesis; gastroesophageal reflux; prevention and/or treatment of nausea and vomiting associated with chemotherapy, or postsurgery

Stimulate gastric emptying, significant relief of nausea, vomiting, anorexia & abdominal fullness, prevention of cancer chemotherapy-induced emesis.

Onset of action: 30-60 minutes
Therapeutic Duration: 1-2 hrs
Excretion: Urine (~85%)

Hypersensitivity to metoclopramide or any component of the formulation; GI obstruction, perforation or hemorrhage; pheochromocytoma; history of seizures or concomitant use of other agents likely to increase extrapyramidal reaction.

Enters breast milk/use caution; It is suggested no breast feeding after use metoclopramide 2 to 6 hours, and the whole feeding duration keep within 10 to 14 days.

Body fluid retention, diarrhea, extrapyramidal reaction, Asthenia, Headache , Somnolence. gynecomastia, hyperprolactinemia.

5-10 mg/dose up to 4 times/day 30 minutes before meals or food and at bedtime
