藥理
The hormone is an alternative to androgen and red-cell transfusion therapy, which had been the mainstay of therapy.
藥動學
The onset of activity with erythropoietin is approximately 7 to 10 days.
禁忌症
Patients with uncontrolled hypertension and with known hypersensitivity to albumin or mammalian cell-divided products.
