Prevent of Rh hemolytic disease, administrate to the Rho(D) negative or Rho(D) negative mother within 72 hours after birth of Rho(D) positive or Rho(D) postitive infant; transfusion accidents.

Slight temperature and bilirubin elevation, allergic reaction.

The usual dose following delivery of a full-term infant is 1vial of Rho(D) immune globulin (standard dose) administered within 72 hours after delivery.Never administer Hyprho (D) intravenously, never administer to the neonate.
