【藥品性質提示】 根據 2019 AGS Beers Criteria，本藥品為【潛在不適當用藥 (PIM)】，不建議用於老年人 (除非經確認為性腺低下症)。

Hypogonadism (Male)

Androgen

1. Duration, IM: (Cypionate and enanthate esters) 2 to 4 weeks; (Undecanoate) 10 weeks
2. Metabolism: Hepatic; forms metabolites, including dihydrotestosterone (DHT) and estradiol (both active)
3. Half-life elimination: (Variable) 10 to 100 minutes; (Testosterone cypionate) ~8 days
4. Time to peak, IM: (undecanoate): 7 days
5. Excretion: Urine (90%); feces (6%)

1. Breast cancer (male); prostate cancer
2. Pregnancy; may become pregnant; breastfeeding
3. Hypersensitivity to any component of the formulation

Use is contraindicated during pregnancy.

Because of the potential for secondary exposure, all persons should avoid skin-to-skin contact to areas where testosterone has been applied topically on another person.

3. Gastrointestinal: Oral irritation
4. Neurologic: Headache
5. Reproductive: Large prostate, Raised prostate specific antigen
6. Respiratory: Bronchitis, Discomfort, Epistaxis, Nasal discharge, Nasopharyngitis, Sense of smell altered, Sinusitis, Upper respiratory infection
7. Cardiovascular: Hypertension, Acute myocardial infarction, Ischemic stroke, Transient ischemic attacks, Heart failure

IM: 176 mg every 3 weeks (Q3W)
