Non-fluorinated quinolone antibacterial

Absorption:
1. Well absorpted orally
2. Food decreases the Cmax by approximately 36% and decreases the AUC approximately 24%
Excretion:
1. Renal Excretion: 72.37%, unchanged; Feces：6.11%
2. Less than 2% excret from urine by metabolites
3. Half-life elimination：12.1hr

1. Hypersensitivity to Nemonoxacin or quinolone
2. Pregnancy/ breastfeeding

There are no adequate and well-controlled studies of Nemonoxacin in pregnant women. Use during pregnancy is not recommended.

Avilable evidence and/or expert consensus is inconclusive or is inadequate for determining infant risk when used during breastfeeding. Use during breastfeeding is not recommended.

ALT (SGPT) and AST (SGOT) elevation, nausea, leukopenia, neutropenia, dizziness

Adults: Orally at a dose of 500 mg once daily (without meal) for 7 to 10 days
Elderly (≥65 years of age): Refer to adult; use with caution and monitor renal function <20220117>

There are no adequate and well-controlled studies of Nemonoxacin in Children.

1. CrCl 60-90 mL/min: No adjustment required
2. CrCl <60 mL/min, ESRD: Use is not recommended

There are no adequate and well-controlled studies of Nemonoxacin in patient with hepatic failure.
