【藥品性質提示】 根據 2019 AGS Beers Criteria，本藥品為【潛在不適當用藥 (PIM)】，非下述情況之老年病患，不建議使用超過八周：潰瘍高風險族群(如長期使用口服類固醇、NSAID)、糜爛性食道炎(EE)、胃酸分泌過多、無法使用H2 antagonist者。

無法投予口服藥物之胃潰瘍、十二指腸潰瘍與急性壓力性潰瘍病人

1. Hypersensitivity (eg, anaphylaxis, angioedema, anaphylactic shock, angioedema, bronchospasm, acute interstitial nephritis, urticaria) to lansoprazole or any component of the formulation
2. Concomitant use with products that contain rilpivirine
3. Avoid IV push

惟有預期療效利益大於任何可能風險時，孕婦或可能懷孕的婦女才應使用泰克胃通靜脈注射劑30毫克。
動物試驗(大鼠，口服劑型)結果顯示，胎兒的血漿 lansoprazole 濃度高於母體；懷孕母兔口服每日每公斤體重 30毫克的藥物，胎兒死亡率升高。

1. Dermatologic: Cutaneous lupus erythematosus, erythema multiforme, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis
2. Hematologic: Agranulocytosis, aplastic anemia, hemolytic anemia, leukopenia, neutropenia, pancytopenia, thrombocytopenia, thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura
3. Hepatic: Hepatoxicity (elevated AST and ALT, jaundice)
4. Renal: Interstitial nephritis, renal disease (elevated BUN, Creatinine)
5. Hypersensitivity: Anaphylaxis, nonimmune anaphylaxis, shock <20211124>

Administration
(1) 泰克胃通靜脈注射劑30毫克與NS或D5W混合。
(2) 以每日一至二次靜脈滴注方式投藥，靜脈輸注時間30分鐘以上。
Note
(1) 根據開始治療達3天的資料顯示，泰克胃通靜脈注射劑30毫克的止血效果良好，一旦患者可以口服藥物，即應改用口服劑型藥物，不應毫無目標地長期使用本藥。
(2) 在日本的臨床試驗中，本藥物治療的臨床經驗為7天，建議使用本藥不得超過7天。
(3) 若病人噴血、滲血、有迅速出血的風險，例如存在血管外漏之情況，應透過內視鏡手術使用熱探針或止血鉗等為病人進行止血。
