Anthraquinone laxatives are colonic-specific stimulant laxatives made from the plant-derived compounds senna（番瀉葉）

acute surgical abdomen; bowel obstruction; fecal impaction; hypersensitivity to anthraquinone laxatives or to any of the ingredients; nausea, vomiting, or other symptoms of appendicitis; or undiagnosed abdominal pain.

Take tablet once a day before bedtime or before meals.
Adult and children≧12 years: 1~2 tablet;
Children 6-12 years : 1/2-1 tablet;
Children 3-6 years : 1/4 ~ 1/2 tablet.
