糖尿病 Type 2 diabetes mellitus

Dulaglutide is a glucagon-like peptide (GLP-1) receptor agonist. Insulin release is stimulated in a glucose-dependent manner via activation of GLP-1 receptors on pancreatic beta cells. Glucagon secretion is also reduced and gastric emptying is delayed.

Elimination Half Life:
5 days

1. Hypersensitivity to dulaglutide or any of its components.
2. Multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome type 2 or personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma.

Infant risk cannot be ruled out (MDX)

Common:
Gastrointestinal: Abdominal pain, Decrease in appetite, Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
Serious:
Cardiovascular: Atrioventricular block, First degree
Endocrine metabolic: Hypoglycemia, Malignant tumor of thyroid gland
Gastrointestinal: Pancreatitis
Immunologic: Anaphylaxis, Hypersensitivity reaction, Systemic
Renal: Acute renal failure, Chronic renal failure, Exacerbation
Other: Angioedema

Initial, 0.75 mg subQ once weekly; may be increased to MAX of 1.5 mg subQ once weekly

Safety and efficacy have not been established in pediatric patients.

Renal impairment (including ESRD): No dose adjustment recommended; use caution when initiating therapy or titrating upward.

Hepatic impairment: Use with caution.

Store under refrigerated conditions between 2 and 8 degrees C or for up to 14 days at a room temperature not exceeding 30 degrees C ; protect from light. Do not freeze.
