濕疹 Short-term relief of inflammation and pruritic manifestations of moderate to severe corticosteroid-responsive dermatoses

Corticosteroid, Topical

1. Absorption: variable
2. Metabolism: Hepatic
3. Excretion: Urine and feces

1. Hypersensitivity to clobetasol, other corticosteroids, or any component of the formulation
2. Primary infections of the scalp (scalp solution only)

Information related to the use of clobetasol in pregnancy is limited.

It is not known if topical application of clobetasol will result in detectable quantities in breast milk.

HPA-axis suppression, localized burning, headache, numbness of fingers, local discomfort, skin atrophy, telangiectasia, eczema, xeroderma, erythema, folliculitis, pruritus, skin fissure , stinging of skin, hypopigmentation, application site reaction, local irritation, upper respiratory tract infection, nasopharyngitis, streptococcal pharyngitis

Apply twice daily for up to 2 weeks (maximum dose: 50 g/week or 50 mL/week)

Children>12 years and Adolescents: Apply thin layer twice daily for up to 2 weeks; maximum weekly dose: 50 g/week or 21 capfuls/week
