Use is contraindicated in nursing women. It is not known whether dienogest is excreted into human breast milk. The risk of thromboembolism may be increased immediately postpartum.

Adult Endometriosis: Females: Oral: 2 mg once daily

Children ?12 years and Adolescents: Females (postmenarche): Oral: 2 mg once daily

No dosage adjustment necessary.

Severe impairment: Use is contraindicated in patients with a history of or current severe hepatic disease.

Store at 25 degrees C.
