Treatment of erosive esophagitis:
1. 20 mg QD, the course of treatment is usually no more than 4 weeks. However, when the effect is incomplete, it can be administered for up to 8 weeks
2. For maintenance treatment of the healing effect of erosive esophagitis, the daily oral dose is 10 mg QD, may be increased to 20 mg once a day.

Gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer:
1. In general, the daily oral dose for adults is 20 mg QD.
2. For gastric ulcer, the course of treatment is usually no more than 8 weeks; for duodenal ulcers, usually no more than 6 weeks.<2021/7/28>

Assist in eradicating Helicobacter pylori:
1. In general, twice daily for 7days at the same time, combined Vonoprazan 20mg +Amoxicillin 750mg +Clarithromycin 200-400mg each time.
2. For PPI/Amoxiciilin/Clarithromycin combined treatment failure, may alterted with Vonoprazan 20mg +Amoxicillin 750mg +Metronidazole 250mg twice daily for 7 days.<2021/7/28>

1. Not recommended twice daily for patients with mild to severe liver dysfunction<2021/7/28>
2. If the patient has evidence of abnormal liver function or signs or symptoms of liver insufficiency, vonoprazan should be discontinued
