1. History of a severe allergic reaction (eg, anaphylaxis) after a previous dose or to a component of the formulation
2. History of immediate allergic reaction (regardless of severity and occurring within 4 hours) to a previous dose
3. Known allergy to any component of the formulation (eg, polysorbate 80)
4. Major venous and/or arterial thrombosis with thrombocytopenia following previous dose of AstraZeneca COVID-19 Vaccine or Covishield
5. History of capillary leak syndrome

Common:
Nausea, pain/tenderness/warm sensation at injection site, chills, fatigue, headache, malaise, arthralgia, myalgia, fever
Post-authorization:
1. Cardiovascular: Arterial thrombosis, capillary leak syndrome, portal vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism, thrombosis
2. Hematologic & oncologic: Disseminated intravascular coagulation, thrombocytopenia (in combination with thrombosis; also referred to as vaccine-induced [VITT])
3. Nervous system: Cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral sinus thrombosis, Guillain-Barre syndrome

IM 0.5 mL per dose for 2 doses administered 28 to 84 days (4 to 12 weeks) apart
