1. History of a severe allergic reaction (eg, anaphylaxis) after a previous dose or to a component of the formulation
2. History of immediate allergic reaction (regardless of severity and occurring within 4 hours) to a previous dose
3. Known allergy to any component of the formulation (eg, polyethylene glycol)

Adverse events were not observed in animal reproduction studies; Data collection to monitor maternal and infant outcomes following exposure to COVID-19 vaccines during pregnancy is ongoing

SARS-CoV-2-specific antibodies are present in breast milk following vaccination.

Significant adverse reactions:
1. Hypersensitivity reactions: including anaphylaxis, airway obstruction, angioedema, nausea, pruritus, skin rash, and urticaria
2. Local reation: including erythema/pain/swelling at injection site
3. myocarditis and pericarditis: symptoms may include acute chest pain, shortness of breath, or palpitations
4. Systemic reactions: including arthralgia, chills, diarrhea, fatigue, fever, headache, myalgia, nausea, vomiting
5. Bell's palsy

IM 0.3 mL per dose for 2 doses administered ≥21 days apart

Should not be used in patients <12 years of age; trials are currently underway
