Each 0.5 mL dose of injectable suspension contains inactivated Enterovirus 71 (EV71) particles (not less than 1.5 Units* of antigen content) adsorbed to aluminum hydroxide adjuvant.
Indicated for active immunization of infants and children aged 2 months to under 6 years for the prevention of disease caused by Enterovirus 71 (EV71) infection. 藥理:EnteVax (Enterovirus 71 vaccine) induces neutralizing antibodies against Enterovirus 71, providing active immunization to prevent diseases caused by Enterovirus 71 infection.

This vaccine is contraindicated in: Individuals who have experienced a severe allergic reaction following a previous dose of this vaccine. Individuals with a known hypersensitivity to any component of the vaccine (see sections on "Active Ingredients" and "Excipients") or to any residual trace elements such as formaldehyde.

副作用
Common adverse reactions include injection site erythema and swelling, injection site pain, diarrhea, decreased appetite, fatigue, and pyrexia.

Method of Administration: The vaccine should be administered via intramuscular injection into the deltoid muscle of the upper arm; for infants and young children, the anterolateral aspect of the thigh is the preferred site. Dosing Schedule: Each dose is 0.5 mL. The primary series consists of two doses administered at a 28-day interval. Booster Dose: The necessity of a booster dose for this vaccine has not yet been established.
