Patients with the following conditions are not suitable for using EXTRANEAL:■ Allergy to starch-based polymers or Icodextrin■ Intolerance to maltose or isomaltose■ Glycogen storage disease■ History of severe lactic acidosis■ Irreversible functional defects that prevent effective PD (Peritoneal Dialysis), or conditions that increase the risk of infection■ Recorded peritoneal dysfunction or peritoneal damage caused by extensive adhesions affecting peritoneal function
