SmofKabiven is indicated for parenteral nutrition in adults and children over 2 years of age when oral or enteral nutrition is not possible, insufficient, or contraindicated. 藥理：SmofKabiven is a parenteral nutrition solution delivering amino acids, glucose, and lipids. The lipid emulsion mimics chylomicrons and contains soybean oil, MCTs, olive oil, and fish oil, supplying essential fatty acids and energy.

Dose is individualized based on weight, nutritional needs, and metabolic capacity. Typical range: 13–31 mL/kg/day; max: 35 mL/kg/day.
