The initial infusion should be administered over 90 minutes. If the first infusion is well-tolerated, the second infusion may be administered over 60 minutes. If well-tolerated, all subsequent infusions may be administered over 30 minutes.

治療期間應監測胃腸穿孔、傷口癒合不良、出血、動脈血栓栓塞、高血壓及蛋白尿等風險。若發生嚴重輸注反應，應停止給藥並進行適當治療。

Monitor for gastrointestinal perforation, wound healing complications, hemorrhage, arterial thromboembolic events, hypertension, and proteinuria. Do not administer within 28 days prior to or after elective surgery. Discontinue treatment and provide medical management for severe infusion-related reactions.
