1. Hypersensitivity reactions (including anaphylaxis)

4. Interstitial lung disease, pulmonary infiltration with eosinophilia (PIE)
5. Severe skin reaction: Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN), Acute Generalized Exanthematous Pustulosis (AGEP) <20211130>
6. Haemolytic anemia, pancytopenia, agranulocytosis, thrombocytopenia
7. Fulminant Hepatitis
8. Hemorrhage: prolonged prothrombin times, thrombocytopenia <20211130>
9. Vitamin-K deficiency, abnormal coagulation <20211130>

Usual dose:
(IV, IM)The total adult daily dose is 1g/1g to 2g/2g, and divided into two times (every 12 hours) .
Severe infections:
may increase to 4g/4g per day , and divided into two times (every 12 hours).

Usual dose:
20mg/20mg (Cefoperazone/Sulbactam) to 40mg/40mg (Cefoperazone/Sulbactam) per kilogram a day, and divided into two to four times.

may increase to 80mg/80mg per kilogram a day, and divided into two to four times.
